My name is Nicolle Vilca, and I am the founder of K3 Abroad.
I hold a background in the sciences and am currently pursuing graduate studies in Global Health. Growing up in a family shaped by immigration and professional transition, I witnessed how language can impact opportunity and career mobility.
As a student, I often supported classmates from immigrant families who were eager to strengthen their English. Over time, I realized that the same language barriers affecting students in school also impact skilled adults navigating certification exams, licensing processes, and career advancement.
K3 Abroad was created from that understanding.
